Weekly update, Week 26

What I thought about this week
I spent some time this week thinking about physical health and productivity (Being healthy is productive).
What I read this week
- Obituary for a Quiet Life. A beautifully written piece celebrating a kind, simple, fierce existence.
- Chain-Gang All-Stars by Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah. I'm about 70 pages in. So far, this book has felt like a more irreverent, gory, realistic Hunger Games. I've enjoyed the book's commentary on the prison-industrial complex. Excited to keep reading.
Other Cool links
- https://www.weeksofyour.life. A cool visual medium to reflect on and share details about your life so far. Reminds me of Four Thousand Weeks.
- https://www.plotaroute.com/. Seems like an awesome tool for planning walking routes on trips, or for minimizing walking distance between several locations you want to visit.
- The Double Cross Trail. I've walked the SF Crosstown Trail once before with friends, and it was an absolute blast. I loved walking parts of the city I'd never seen before. This seems like a worthy successor!
- Fun Reddit r/travel thread about surprisingly overrated or underrated travel destinations. Lots of cool gems in here that I didn't know about! Some highlights:
- Plitvice, Croatia
- Lombok, Indonesia
- (Skopelos, Milos, Paros), Greece
- Fun math puzzle! Reply if you're interested in the answer :)
